Intro

Jessica is a Lebanese interior & multi-disciplinary designer who graduated in 2016 with honors recognition. She is perceived as a versatile designer and is keen on producing designs that are sustainable. She is a determined and detail-oriented professional with 7+ years of experience. She has acquired several social, business, and cooperative skills through her engagement in different local juries, regional workshops, and international conferences that helped her in building and connecting the dots of her multi-disciplinary design profession. Jessica has all the needed skills and hands-on experience to translate any business requirement into a clear visual design direction in a physical environment. She is a holder of international interior design recognitions and has acquired many international design certificates, to constantly update her digital applications and adapt to new innovative visual languages & sustainable design thinking methods. Jessica's best experience yet was her design consultancy journey in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She advised top business players in Riyadh to ensure their business models align with the 2030 KSA vision. Through research findings in the high-tech sector and targeted KPIs, she was able to design four innovative banks and labs in Riyadh. Apart from her innovation expertise, her passion for nature and holistic living is also projected in her design field. She found her own upcycling concept brand of handmade fashion and home products that are upcycled from fabric scraps. She has been invited to join many exhibitions including the Global Compact Network of Lebanon and solo exhibitions in the most prestigious university in the Middle East to discuss her design approaches. Furthermore, Jessica is a trainer expert, with over 100 hours. She speaks four languages: Arabic, English, French, and German which helps her reach out to international audiences.

Jessica is a member of the Foremost Network of Enterprising Young Leaders. Since 2017 Jessica has been volunteering her time with Junior Chamber International. JCI is active in 115 countries with a model that gives its members the practical experience to become global communicators, entrepreneurs, changemakers, and networkers. She has been a distinguished member that granted her different leadership positions. Under her leadership, her local organization in Beirut was awarded the best local organization in Africa and the Middle East in 2020. Jessica also directed a green architecture competition and exhibition. The success of this project moved to Africa & Middle East. In 2022, she was elected as president of JCI Lebanon. She was responsible for 125 local members and provided them all with development opportunities. She represented her country regionally and globally.

Jessica loves traveling and has visited 14 countries several times which gives her a wider perspective on different cultures and design approaches. She currently is serving as a development councilor for JCI Africa & the Middle East and is a student at Inscape, South Africa pursuing her honors degree in design. Between her design work & enterprising work, Jessica has focused on the SDGs as part of her design manifesto, and she uses these goals to ensure sustainability in design.
