Rabih Maalouf is a former judge, arbitrator, and legal advisor across MENA. He focuses on arbitration, litigation, financial crime, corporate governance, and AI regulation. He teaches Constitutional Law and AI Policy at AUB, holds an LL.M. from Columbia and an Executive MBA from ESCP, and is admitted in New York and Beirut and is registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Brazil.
