Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BL1NK platform at https://my.bl1nk.co ("Service"), operated by BL1NK ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BL1NK. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

Account Creation

You may create an account using an email and password, a magic link, or a social sign-in provider (Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Security

You agree to:

  • Keep your password and authentication methods secure
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others

We offer optional security features including two-factor authentication, passkeys, and new device login alerts. We encourage you to enable these features to protect your account.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from Settings. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel the request. After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted, including profiles, leads, analytics, and audit logs. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically upon account deletion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BL1NK to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through lead capture or follow-up features
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond our public API
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service for phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent any rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to BL1NK, including profile information, images, links, and any other data you provide ("Your Content").

License to Us

By uploading content to BL1NK, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This includes displaying your public profile to visitors and delivering lead notifications. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account.

Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that Your Content does not infringe on any third party's rights.

5. Public Profiles

Visibility

Profiles you create on BL1NK may be publicly accessible via a unique URL. Anyone with the link can view your public profile without needing an account. You control what information appears on your public profile.

Analytics

When you enable analytics on your profile, we collect data about visitors to your profile as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of analytics data complies with applicable laws, including any requirements to inform visitors about data collection.

Lead Capture

When visitors submit information through a lead capture form on your profile, you become a data controller for that information. You agree to:

  • Use lead data only for legitimate professional purposes
  • Not sell or distribute lead data to third parties for advertising
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws when handling lead data
  • Honor any data deletion requests from leads

6. Organizations and Teams

Organization Accounts

Organizations allow multiple users to collaborate under a shared account. The organization owner is responsible for managing members, roles, and billing.

Member Roles

Organization owners and admins can invite members and assign roles. Members have access to organization resources according to their assigned permissions. Organization owners are responsible for the actions of their members.

Removal

Organization owners may remove members at any time. Removed members lose access to the organization's profiles, leads, and analytics immediately.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

BL1NK offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Enterprise). Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, DodoPayments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Free Trials

Paid plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your organization settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your organization reverts to the Free plan
  • Content and data exceeding Free plan limits will not be deleted, but features requiring a paid plan will become inaccessible

Price Changes

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice.

8. Integrations

BL1NK allows you to connect third-party services such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Slack. When you connect an integration:

  • You authorize data to be shared between BL1NK and the third-party service
  • The third-party service's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that service
  • You may disconnect integrations at any time from your settings
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services

9. API Access

We may provide API access for programmatic interaction with the Service. API usage is subject to these Terms, including rate limits and acceptable use policies. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

BL1NK, including its name, logo, design, code, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or trademarks.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Data transmitted through the Service will be accurate or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your Content
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. In cases of severe violations (such as illegal activity or security threats), we may terminate your account without prior notice. For other violations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the application at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

17. General

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
